Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Transport(TG) appearing for respondents. 2.

It is stated by the counsel for petitioner as well as the Government Pleader for Transport(TG) that the issue raised in the Writ Petition is covered by the order of this Court dt.01.09.2017 in W.P.No.29630 of 2017 wherein this Court had followed the order dt.28.08.2017 in W.P.No.28795 of 2017.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the 2nd respondent for release of its vehicle bearing No.AR 01 G 7677 and on such application being made, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law preferably within a period of three (03) days thereafter. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
