HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 39280 OF 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in trying to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the house bearing No.13-1-514/ 54, Dilawar Gunj, Hyderabad, without taking recourse to acquisition or requisition proceedings or putting the petitioner on notice and not paying any compensation for the illegal and high handed act of demolishing the compound wall, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

2) On instructions, Sri L.Venkateswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation, would submit that the allegation of interference is false and that they are not interfering with the property in dispute.

3) Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of, holding that any action taken by the respondent-authorities shall be in accordance with the procedure established under law. 4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
