Ramasubramanian) The issue raised by the petitioner in this writ petition is covered by our own decision in W.P.No.24880 of 2016, dated 02.08.2016. Therefore, following the same this writ petition is also allowed directing the respondents to treat the petitioner as a local candidate in the State of Andhra Pradesh, subject however to the petitioner complying with the requirements of para-4(d) of the Circular Memo dated 08.08.2016.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
