THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CONTEMPT CASE NO.729 OF 2014 ORDER:

In compliance with the order of this Court in W.P.No.17892 of 2013 dated 25.06.2013, the respondent has passed an order dated 23.01.2015. Consequently, the order of this Court has been complied with.

While Sri G.Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the order dated 23.01.2015 is illegal, such contentions cannot be examined in contempt proceedings; and the petitioner's remedy in this regard is to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India questioning the validity of the said order.

As the order of this Court has since been complied with, the Contempt Case is closed.
