HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.39133 of 2018 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) This Writ Petition is filed seeking orders in view of the threat perceived by the writ petitioners that certain constructions may be demolished.

The fundamental plea was that action for demolition is being taken without pre-decisional notice.

When the matter is taken up today, it is the conceded position of both sides that notice has been issued. 4.

Therefore, in terms of the order dated 02.01.2019, the respondent would continue such proceedings in conformity with law.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his clients have filed objections or representations in response to the notice.

Obviously, that will be considered in accordance with law.

Making the interim order dated 02.01.2019 absolute, the Writ Petition is ordered.
