This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.209 of 2016 on the file of I Town Police Station, Bhimavaram, West Godavari, for the offences under Sections 467,471,120-B r/w 34 of IPC and Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. Heard Sri S.R.Sanku, learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh. This Court by Order dt. 03.09.2016 granted stay of arrest of the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 for a period of four weeks. But, in view of the request made by both the Counsel for petitioners and the respondent, the Order passed by this Court on 30.09.2016 is made absolute till filing of the Charge sheet.

However, after filing the charge sheet on receipt of summons, the Petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court and obtained necessary Orders from the Court to dispense with their presence. The petitioners are also directed to extend their cooperation for completion of investigation whenever the Investigating Agency requires their presence.

With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
