THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.39266 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner herein is that despite the injunction granted by the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kadiri in I.A.No.314/2014 in O.S.No.173 of 2014, the respondent authorities are not giving Police Aid and the representation said to have been made by the petitioner on 08.10.2018 is also not considered.

Since the alternative remedy is available to the petitioner herein by way of filing an application seeking Police Aid before the concerned Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ petition.

Hence, leaving it open to the petitioner herein to move an appropriate application for Police Aid before the concerned Court, Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
