THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.37166 of 2017 ORDER:

In this writ petition the grievance of the petitioner is non issuance of the distance certificate by the 4th respondent, which is required for compliance of mandatory requirements of a tender which the petitioner intends to submit in respect of a project related to the improvements to Nelakondapally-Palair road from Km.0/ 0-24/ 0 (working reach Km.13/ 2 to 19/ 4) in Khammam District and other tenders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner brings to the notice of the Court the letter, dated 02.11.2017, whereby the 4th respondent is requested to issue the distance certificate showing ownership of the petitioner over Asphalt batch mix plant within 100 kms distance from the last point of working reach. Learned AGP representing the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner endorses the said submission, but, pleads that a direction may be given for expeditious disposal of the request of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the letter, dated 02.11.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within twenty-four hours from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
