JAISWAL C.M.A.No. 894 of 2016 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) After hearing lengthy arguments advanced by the learned counsel for both the parties, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this appeal directing XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 780 of 2016 after giving the parties an opportunity to be heard. It is made clear that till disposal of the suit, the order of Status Quo dated 10.11.2016 passed by this Court in C.M.A.M.P.No. 1751 of 2016 shall remain in force.

With the above direction, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
