The case of the petitioners is that they have made application on 18-12-2014 under Section 4 of A.P. (Telangana Area) Inams Abolition Act for grant of Occupancy Right Certificates in respect of land admeasuring Ac.23-19 guntas in Sy.Nos 40 and 41 situated at Pan Maqtha Village, Alijahpur, Neknampura, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions from the Special Grade Deputy Collector-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer i.e. the 3rd respondent herein stating that after receipt of application from the petitioners, the same were forwarded to the 4th respondent for preliminary enquiry report. The report is awaited from the 4th respondent and after receipt of the report from the 4th respondent, necessary action will be initiated. In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners after receipt of report from the 4th respondent, in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
