HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.38376 of 2017 ORDER:

Alleging inaction in considering the representation, dated 03.10.2017, the present writ petition is filed. Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation dated 03.10.2017 to 2nd respondent along with the approval given by NCTE, by enclosing a copy of this order, within four weeks from today.

(b) The 2nd respondent is directed to take decision, as is warranted, in accordance with law, within a further period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
