ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a better affidavit on the ground that several other similarly situated persons like the petitioner are appointed even when the claim is made after long lapse of time and to bring about the relevant provision which enables making of an application for compassionate appointment of a minor after attaining the age of majority.

2. Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a better affidavit. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
