THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.35133 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed a revision petition on 21.01.2014 before the Joint Collector, Eluru, West Godavari District, the 2nd respondent, but so far no date of hearing of the same is stipulated and as such the petitioner's right to property is seriously affected. The revision petition appears to have preferred against the endorsement in Roc.732/2013/A, dated 24.07.2013, of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Eluru, West Godavari District, the 3rd respondent. In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner that his revision petition has not yet been notified for hearing, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to fix an early date for hearing of the said revision petition, after giving notice to the parties, and pass appropriate orders, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
