Aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.4 in not considering the application of the petitioner dated 16.04.2018 submitted for mutation of their names in the revenue records, this Writ Petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if petitioners make an application for grant of Pattadar Pass Book and title deed in respect of the said land under Form-6(A) then their case can be for considered for the grant of pattadar pass books as per Form VI(A) of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1971.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners will make an application as required under Form VI(A) of the Rules.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make an application under Form VI(A) of the Rules to the competent authority. On such application, the competent authority is directed to consider the same and take action accordingly, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing of the application.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 01.11.2018 kvs
