Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Uma Shankar Lokanadham, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.
Petitioner's grievance is that 3rd respondent was not allowing petitioner to his regular duty as Multi Purpose Worker since 16-09-2018 and there was no prior notice or order. He also contended that 3rd respondent was violating the order dt.20-04-2016 in W.P.M.P.No.16562 of 2016 in W.P.No.13240 of 2016. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 has produced proceedings dt.02-11-2018 issued by 3rd respondent posting the petitioner as Multi Purpose Worker on daily wage basis on 02-11-2018 onwards.
The same is placed on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the above proceedings, petitioner does not wish to pursue the Writ Petition and seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
MSR,J W.P.No.39227 of 2018 As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
