HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22053 of 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as follows: "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in conducting investigation pursuant to the complaint registered under Sections 406 and 418 IPC bearing FIR.No.98 of 2013 dated 06.05.2013 filed by the petitioner as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional besides violating the petitioner's rights guaranteed under Article 19(1)(g) and 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent in conducting investigation pursuant to the complaint registered under Sections 406 and 418 IPC bearing FIR.No.98 of 2013 dated 06.05.2013."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the registration of Crime No.98 of 2013, investigation was completed and a final report was filed on 29.05.2015 before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sangareddy, and after taking cognizance of the offence, the case was numbered as C.C.No.685 of 2015, which is pending trial. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
