HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.39150 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in initiating proceedings vide notice dated 12.10.2018 for mutation of the name of the 6th respondent in revenue records virtually deciding the title of the property which is disputed purportedly exercising powers under Andhra Pradesh Record of Rights Act, 1971.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner filed objections to the impugned notice dated 12.10.2018, without considering the same the 3rd respondent is going ahead. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the objections of the petitioner, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
