This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 14-11-2014 in I.A.No. 512 of 2014 in O.S.No. 242 of 2013 on the file of the Court of I Additional District Judge, Warangal (for short, 'the Court below'). 2.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the abovementioned suit itself has been disposed of by the Court below and therefore the cause with which the present revision is filed has become infructuous.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this civil revision petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
