Heard Sri Papaiah Peddakula for petitioner and Sri Praveen Kumar for respondents 2 and 3.

On 15.07.2017, the petitioner has given representation to respondents 2 and 3. Now the grievance of petitioner is that the representation remained unattended till date. Without going into the merits of the controversy, for the issue relates to a student, who has appeared for improvement, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents 2 and 3 to pass orders on the representation, dated 15.07.2017 and communicate the same to petitioner within four weeks from today.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
