This is a Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner/1st defendant assailing the order, dated 11.11.2014, of the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor, passed in I.A.No.480 of 2014 in O.S.No.642 of 2003. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/1st defendant is present. The note of the Registry reveals that the suit itself was decreed with costs on 15.04.2015.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
