HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18404 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings in Rc.No.111/2016 dated 30.05.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent asking the petitioner to produce the records relating to Dargah in order to handover the same to the newly nominated committee, otherwise action will be initiated under Section 68 (4) (2) of Wakf (Amendment), Act 2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will produce the necessary records if time is granted to him till 30.06.2016 and till such time, the respondents may be directed not to take any action pursuant to the impugned proceedings.

Heard Arifulla, learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondentWakf Board. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting time to the petitioner till 30.06.2016 to comply with the direction of the Sub Divisional Magistrate in the impugned proceedings dated 30.05.2016. Otherwise, it is open for the concerned authority to take appropriate action as per the impugned order dated 30.05.2016. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
