Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent - Mandal Revenue Officer, in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2018 for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner stated to have been made on 23.10.2018 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
