Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in trying to lay/widen the road in the eastern side of the petitioner's property to an extent of Ac.1.43 cts in RS No.109/2 & 110/2 of Gorantada Village, Palakol Mandal, West Godavari District, without following due process of law, this Writ Petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that the respondents are not laying any road in the property of the petitioner and that if they want to lay the road, they will follow due process of law.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property to an extent of Ac.1.43 cts in RS No.109/2 & 110/2 of Gorantada Village, Palakol Mandal, West Godavari District, without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
