THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR Criminal Petition No.5678 of2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 4g2 ol Cr.p.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.16 of2016 on the file of the IX Metropoiitan Magistrate,s Court at Miyapur. Today, the matter is listed under the caption ,infructuous matters'and when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor based on the e-courts case status report would submit that the above CC No. 16 of 2016 has been disposed of by the trial Court, by its order dated 30.O7.2019, wherein the petitioners have been acquitted of the charges and as such the present criminal petition does not require further consideration by this Court.

Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a petition seeking to reopen the matter, in the event the said CC has not been disposed of by the trial Court as noted above.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
