THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11697 OF 2016 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner has challenged the inaction of the respondents in considering his representation dated 09.12.2014 for grant of pattadar passbook and title deeds in his favour in respect of land admeasuring Acs.4.94 cents in Survey No.672-3 situated at Rachavetivaripalli Village, Nimmanapalli Mandal, Chittoor District. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent has not considered the said representation.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that if the petitioner makes an application to the 3rd respondent in Form VI-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') along with the supporting documents, the 3rd respondent will consider the same and pass orders thereon.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit application afresh in Form VI-A of the Act to the 3rd respondent for grant of pattadar passbook and title deeds in respect of the subject land and if such an application is made, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass orders thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such application. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
