Heard Mr Pradeep Reddy, counsel for petitioners, Assistant Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare and Ms Lakshmi.V appearing for respondents 6 and 7. The petitioners challenge the Memo No.420/TW.LTR/2017 dated 23.03.2017 as untenable for the statutory Revision pending before the 1st respondent for all purposes would be rendered ineffective, if respondent Nos.6 and 7 are allowed to recover possession from petitioners.
On 25.10.2017, the following order was passed: "Personal notice to respondents 6 and 7 by RPAD is permitted.
Having regard to the findings recorded in C.M.A.No.59 of 2015 and the reasons given in the impugned Memo, this Court is of the view that pending service of notice, all the parties are directed to maintain status-quo as on date till 09.11.2017. Post on 09.11.2017 in adjourned motion list." After entering appearance, the counsel appearing for all the parties submits that the Revision pending in Memo No.420/TW.LTR/2017 dated 23.03.2017, can be disposed of expeditiously and pending disposal of Revision, the status-quo granted on 25.10.2017 may be directed to be continued.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of this order:
(1) The 1st respondent considers disposing of the Revision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(2) The interim order granted on 25.10.2017 is directed to be continued till disposal of Revision. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
