CVNR, J & TR, J CRP.No.1758 of 2016 Dt: 10.04.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Order, dated 26.02.2016, in EA.No.10 of 2016 in EP.No.39 of 2015 in Arbitration Case No.2368 of 2012 on the file of the XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts at Hyderabad. After arguing the case, Mr.Syed Jameel Ahmed, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition without prejudice to his clients' rights to raise objection as to the maintainability of the EP before the lower Court and also to file an application seeking raising of attachment.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.2225 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
