HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.37080 OF 2017 ORDER:

Mr.Raghunandan Rao after arguing the writ petition for sometime and taking note of the statutory remedy available to petitioners against the proceedings dated 02.03.2017 under the A.P. (SC, ST & BCs) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993 and Rules, 1997 and also the memo dated 11.09.2017, 21.08.2017 and endorsement dated 03.08.2017 requests the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition with liberty firstly, to move the Government for comprehensive reliefs in respect of all the issues canvassed in the writ petition and secondly, if there is delay in disposing of the interlocutory prayer or the main prayer, seeks liberty to come back and file writ petition again. The statement of Mr.Raghunandan Rao is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberties as prayed for. No order as to costs.
