THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION NO.37544 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: ".....declaring the inaction on the part of respondents in not proceeding ahead with the case LTR/1224/2015 now pending on the file of the 2nd respondent and not finalizing the same as arbitrary, illegal, erroneous, unconstitutional, contrary to Articles 14, 21 and the Andhra Pradesh Agency Rules, 1924, consequently direct the respondents more particularly respondent No.2 herein to dispose of the same by decreeing the same as prayed for, forthwith." The Assistant Government Pleader submits that reasonable time can be stipulated by this Court for disposing of on merits, case LTR/1224/2015 pending before the Agency Divisional Officer-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Achampeta Division, Achampeta, Nagarkurnool District/2nd respondent.

The prayer of petitioner is very limited. Hence, having regard to above submission, the 2nd respondent considers and disposes of case LTR/1224/2015, within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording opportunity to both sides. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ____________________ JUSTICE S.V.
