The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is alleged inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in responding to the representations dated 9.11.2016 and 9.10.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the 2nd respondent may be directed to verify the said representations and to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representations are pending as on today, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed, in accordance with law. 3.

Recording the said submissions and having regard to the nature of controversy, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 9.11.2016 and 9.10.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
