THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.25756 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus questioning the action of the Respondents herein in not considering the petitioners representation dated 01 08 2015 and in not depositing the amounts due to the Petitioners herein who are the claimants in L.A.O.P.No.393 of 1989 on the file of the Court of the I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad as per the orders of the Court dated 29.03.2012 passed in LAAS Nos.74/2010 and 758/2011 on the file of the said Court as illegal, arbitrary.

At the time of arguments, the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submitted that the respondent deposited the money on 07.12.2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the purpose of filing of the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made by both counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
