Same request was made on two further consecutive dates i.e. 25.11.2016 and 08.12.2016. Appeared none on behalf of the petitioner on 28.12.2016. Thereafter, on 20.01.2017, at request, again the matter was adjourned.

Today, appeared none on behalf of the petitioner. It seems the petitioner is no more interested in prosecuting the present petition. 3.

The petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution as well. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
