HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P. Nos.5175 of 2015 and 5199 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

Pending disposal of Criminal Petition No.5175 of 2015 to quash the Calender Case No.380 of 2015 on the file of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Rajendranagar District the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 against the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant and 1st respondent state represented by learned Public Prosecutor, for the offence under Section 498-A IPC. Similarly, pending disposal of Crl.P. No.5199 of 2015 to quash the FIR No.198 of 2015 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Hyderabad against self same accused for the offences punishable under Sections 494, 406, 420 and 506 IPC.

2) The petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 filed two applications respectively under Section 320 CPC and 320

(6) CPC seeking permission to compound the offences as they amicably settled the matter at the intervention of elders to purchase peace and in the welfare and future of both the parties.

3) Perused the material on record and permission be accorded to compound the offences since parties are present and stated that they compounded the offences by compounding the proceedings in CC No.380 of 2015.

4) Accordingly, the Criminal Petitions are allowed and all the proceedings relating to CC No.380 of 2015 on the file of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Rajendranagar and Crime No.198 of 2015 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Hyderabad are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
