Smt. B. Tarabai v. The State Of Telangana Rep. By Its Principal Secretary
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P. No.46574 of 2016 O R D E R :
Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition assailing the order dt.25.11.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent placing the petitioner under suspension pending enquiry on certain allegations mentioned in the proceedings.
2.
Though counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is innocent of the charges, I am not inclined to interfere with the same, since the respondents would undoubtedly issue a charge memo to the petitioner, invite explanation from the petitioner, conduct a departmental enquiry as per the applicable rules and take further action on the basis of the said enquiry. 3.
Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to initiate and complete disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner in accordance with the applicable Service Rules and principles of natural justice, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
4.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
