This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the construction activity in D.No.1-202/3/1, Sujatha Nagar, Pendurthi, Visakhapatnam in an extent of Ac.0-02 cents (96 square yards). Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that they will follow due process of law before taking any action against the petitioner.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject property without following due process of law.
