THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY M.A.C.M.A. No.1105 of 2014 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 by the appellant/respondent No.2 challenging the judgment and award, dated 09.11.2012, passed in M.V.O.P.No.32 of 2010 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District and Sessions Judge, (Fast Tract Court, Srikakulam.

The learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
