JUSTI CE ANI S WRI T PETI TI ON No.561 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners, having argued the matter at length on the vacate stay petition in W.V.M.P.No.544 of 2016 filed by respondents 9 to 19 and 21 in the writ petition, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh case airing their grievances.

Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh case in relation to their grievances apart from the one which was the subject matter of O.A.No.2532 of 2015 and Review M.A.No.2669 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

Interim order dated 07.01.2016 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
