This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioners/ A1 to A4, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.138 of 2018 on the file of Ramannapet Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324 r/ w 34 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015.

The petitioners herein are A1 to A4 and respondents 1 to 3 herein are de facto complainant and victims respectively. The de facto complainant, victims and accused, representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. 3.

Having heard the parties, permission is accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant and victims since present with the accused. 4.

Accordingly, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 and the Criminal Petition are allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.138 of 2018 of Ramannapet Police Station, Rachakonda District, are quashed. The bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
