THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30421 OF 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: "to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in not taking any action on the complaint dated 01.10.2014 as arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently, direct the third respondent to forthwith act upon the complaint and to take action in accordance with law."

During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home, submitted that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, a case has been registered vide F.I.R.No.395 of 2014 under the head 'woman missing' on 01.06.2014 and during the course of investigation, they secured the daughter of the petitioner, who informed that since her parents performed her marriage forcefully, she left the house.

In the light of the above, no further orders are required and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 31st OCTOBER 2018.
