This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.3, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.372 of 2018 of Keesara Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of I.P.C., Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, and Section 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Amendment Act No.1 of 2016).

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.3, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3 .

There are specific allegations against the petitioner/ A.3 constituting the offences alleged against him. There is statutory bar to grant bail to the petitioner/ A.3 for the alleged offences. It is not a fit case to allow this application.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
