Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Agriculture for respondents. 2.

This writ petition is filed alleging inaction in not conducting open auction for grant of leasehold rights over five godowns situated in Agricultural Market Committee premises at Piler, even though 2nd respondent accorded permission to conduct open auction for granting leasehold rights. 3.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government pleader informs the Court that notification is already issued to conduct open auction and 23.11.2018 is the date fixed to conduct open auction.

Having regard to this statement, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is satisfied with the steps taken by the respondents.

In view of the same, no further orders are required and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
