Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue a Writ or Order or orders or Direction mainly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing the Pattadar and title deed Pass books for the land admeasuring Ac.5.12 cents in Survey No. 23/B situated at Polatitippa Village, Machilipatnam Mandal, Krishna District to the Petitioner herein even after suffering a decree in appropriate Civil Court which became final, is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law, abuse of power, violation of Article 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to issue pattadar pass books and title deed to the petitioner by implementing the decree passed by the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam in O.S.No. 68 of 1995 dated 23-3-2004."

Learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits the petitioner made an application seeking issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed. Pursuant thereto, on 22.11.2015 the 4th respondent - Tahsildar made an endorsement in proceedings vide R C B/2500/2015, which indicates that the petitioner is entitled for pattadar passbook and title deed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the same is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent - Tahsildar to consider the representation made by the petitioner seeking issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons, if any, as early as possible preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
