The petitioner filed application under Section 18 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894, dated 26-04-2016 for enhancement of compensation in LA.OP.No.62 of 2009. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 26-04-2016 in accordance with law and take action accordingly.
