This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 10 in Crime No.25 of 2015 of Jammikunta Police Station, Karimnagar District. At the time of hearing, learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the police referred the matter as false. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
