Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned counsel for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition in view of the fact that the impugned order has been withdrawn by the respondents by proceedings No.PA/19(66)/2017RM:KMM dt.14-11-2018. Permission is accorded.

Granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dt.1411-2018, if he so desires, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
