CVNR,J & TA,J W.P.No.39501 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's son viz., Devara Sudheer (hereinafter referred to as 'the alleged detenu') before the Court and set him at liberty. 2.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Advocate General (A.P.) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, has submitted that the alleged detenu was arrested in connection with crime No.101 of 2016 of respondent No.4 Police Station and was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate, who remanded him to judicial custody. 3.
The above submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader are not controverted to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

As the alleged detenu is in judicial custody, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
