THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.35127 OF 2017 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly, respondents 3 and 4 in contemplating to acquire petitioner's land in Sy.No.42 (Wet), admeasuring Ac.0-09 guntas situated at Khajaguda village, Serilingampally mandal, Ranga Reddy district, for road widening without following the due process of law as being illegal and arbitrary and for issuance of appropriate consequential directions, in the interest of justice.

It is stated by learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-GHMC that as and when the land in question of the petitioner is acquired, the same will be done by following the due process of law. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner's land in question, without following the due process of the law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
