THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 7372 of 2015 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that he is in possession of Ac.0-08 guntas in Survey No.390 of Torrur village, Hayatnagar mandal, Ranga Reddy district. He states that for the past four decades he is eking out his livelihood by cultivating the said land and raising seasonal crops. He, being a landless poor, and eligible for assignment, made an application on 28.01.2015 before the 3rd respondents seeking to grant patta in respect of the land in his occupation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed, but his representation is not disposed of till date.

2. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner and considering his assertion that he is a landless poor and is cultivating the land for the past several decades, there shall be direction to the 3rd respondent to consider his representation dated 28.01.2015 for grant of patta, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from today.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. ________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 20th March, 2015 ksm
