The grievance of the petitioner is pending before the 1st respondent by way of representation dated 04-01-2018. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 04-01-2018 in accordance with law and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
