HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION NO.11800 OF 2015 ORDER:

Ms. Naseem Ara, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authorities for redressal of petitioner's grievance.

Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for. It is also made clear that endorsement made by the authorities shall not come in the way of the petitioner in seeking rectification of the revenue records in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions filed in this Writ Petition, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
